What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping/Receiving Clerk-Clerical position at ManpowerGroup?
What's the Job?
Execute the shipping plan by assigning incoming trucks/trailers to docks for pick up/drop.
Manage the assignment of loads to be built on the warehouse floor.
Interact with drivers and release loads with Bill of Lading signatures.
Receive all incoming materials/products in Oracle and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with standard operating policies and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What's Needed?
Minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.
At least 1 year of previous experience as a clerk.
Familiarity with Oracle software and basic computer skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and make sound decisions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
