What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Corporate Sourcer Consultant - ONSITE position at ManpowerGroup?
The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of positions. The Senior Sourcer will support multiple recruiters in specific functional areas (Corporate, IT, Finance, etc) and may have interaction with ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients.
This is a W2 6 Month contract role that requires the candidate to be onsite in Houston, TX 3-4 times a week.
• 3 years of experience in corporate sourcing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
