Job Details

Educational qualifications:
a. An associate degree from an accredited college or university. Prefer A bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university.
b. Microsoft and/or other technical certifications issued within the last five (5) years (e.g., Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), AWS certified cloud practitioner, Certified information security manager (CISM), CompTIA (A , LCoud , Security ).
Duties :
1. Providing general hardware and software technical support for Client staff.
2. Providing technical support for remote training sessions provided by the Client

3. Editing recorded webinars and videos using video editing software.
4. Maintaining and managing technology equipment and software inventory, including IP addresses, MAC addresses, disk images, user account settings, laptops, desktops, projectors, mobile devises, and other hardware/and or software used for training by the Client
5. Tracking, managing, and maintaining software renewals for the organization and communicate as needed with leadership.
6. Primarily responsible for the physical and technology configuration/setup of all training environments that are used by the Client for technology related training in the Annapolis complex and other court, administrative, or conference/meeting/training locations throughout the state of Maryland.
7. Visiting locations in advance of training events for the purpose of working with the designated points of contact to identify suitable training facilities, photographically document the environment and to identifysuitable training facilities (or lack thereof).
8. Creating detailed site visit reports to include measurements, data port names/numbers, IP addresses, and recommend layout for anticipated number of trainees.
9. Providing equipment installation oversight, as well as the production and delivery of necessary supplies and materials for technology training events. 10. Assisting with providing technical support for internal and external stakeholders utilizing meeting space at the Client Center (including A/V equipment); and perform other duties as assigned.
11. The Offeror proposed resource(s) must have the ability (with reasonable accommodation) to move freely through a training/support environment as needed.
Required skills and experience:
a. Advanced end user knowledge of Microsoft Office (all current versions, including Microsoft 365).
b. Experience with:
(1) editing videos using software applications such as Camtasia.
(2) Windows operating systems, including Windows 10, including configuration.
(3) providing tech support for remote training using platforms such as Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinar.
c. Aptitude to become proficient with commercial and non-commercial software and hardware used by the client.
d. Advanced computer hardware setup and software configuration capabilities.
e. Excellent communication skills.
f. Exceptional customer service skills.
g. Interpersonal skills that include the patience, tact, and diplomacy needed to work effectively with both technical and non-technical end users, project managers, senior officials, judges, and designated points of contact.
h. Ability to:
(1) identify and assist in troubleshooting user-defined problems.
(2) provide technical support related to onsite or remote training, meeting, and conference space for the client.
(3) maintain and manage inventory of client hardware and software assets in a detailed, organized, and complete manner.
