Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with ManTech!ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Entry Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in the Reston or Chantilly, VA location. This is an onsite position.The successful candidate will work with the engineering and quality assurance / test teams to perform exploratory, performance, and security testing to ensure all systems and software function as intended and meet all compliance and performance requirements.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Conducting tests on all systems / enhancements and versions / releases to ensure systems and software are functional and compliant, including system peripheralsDeveloping system and software test plans, test cases, test procedures, etc. for Sponsor approvalConducting testing of software to be sure it will produce the desired results and that instructions are correctIdentifying, analyzing, recording, and tracking defects and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure reported defects are resolvedCreating and managing all QA / test documentation and storing it in the appropriate program repositoriesCollaborating with teammates, third-parties, vendors, and users to test new requirements and solutionsBasic Qualifications : Experience performing automated testing using Selenium WebDriverExperience conducting performance testing using GatlingJavascript and / or scripting experienceAbility and willingness to travel overseas if requiredPreferred Qualifications : Experience performing automated testing using Selenium WebDriverExperience conducting performance testing using GatlingJavascript and / or scripting experienceAbility and willingness to travel overseas if requiredClearance Requirements : Must have an active / current Secret security clearance.Physical Requirements : Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the timeMust be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnelConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
