What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Quality Assurance Specialist/Tester position at ManTech?
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Entry Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in the Reston or Chantilly, VA location. This is an onsite position.
The successful candidate will work with the engineering and quality assurance / test teams to perform exploratory, performance, and security testing to ensure all systems and software function as intended and meet all compliance and performance requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Conducting tests on all systems / enhancements and versions / releases to ensure systems and software are functional and compliant, including system peripherals
Developing system and software test plans, test cases, test procedures, etc. for Sponsor approval
Conducting testing of software to be sure it will produce the desired results and that instructions are correct
Identifying, analyzing, recording, and tracking defects and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure reported defects are resolved
Creating and managing all QA / test documentation and storing it in the appropriate program repositories
Collaborating with teammates, third-parties, vendors, and users to test new requirements and solutions
Basic Qualifications :
Experience performing automated testing using Selenium WebDriver
Experience conducting performance testing using Gatling
Javascript and / or scripting experience
Ability and willingness to travel overseas if required
Preferred Qualifications :

Clearance Requirements :
- Must have an active / current Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
