ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Requirements Analyst to support our USMC contract out of Stafford, VA.
ManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customers to ensure that material solutions developed or acquired by Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Gather and analyze requirements for munition projects, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured accurately.
- Develop detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Conduct requirement validation sessions with stakeholders to confirm and refine requirements.
- Track and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and transparency.
- Support the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and senior leadership on requirement status and issues.
