ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director of Business Development and Capture - Cyber to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD and support cyber network operations opportunities within the IC and select DoD organizations such as 16th / 24th Air Force, Marine Corps (MARFORCYBER), Army (ARCYBER / INSCOM & PEOs), Navy (NCDOC / 10th Fleet), USCC and Intelligence.
This position will work closely with the Vice President of at least two divisions and the Vice President of Growth for the Intel Sector to develop an executable Market Account Plan that focuses on identifying, qualifying, and winning new business with this customer.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities with the organization and its stakeholders related to information technology, Cyber, software applications development, infrastructure, and analytics.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of ManTech's capabilities, technology, and business objectives, and work closely with operational P&L to provide solutions that successfully support cyber related missions.
- Focus on further developing our business within cyber by identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business for the organization.
- Managing customer relationships and a portfolio of business opportunities.
- Perform deep dive analysis into customer budgets (i.e., NIP / MIP) to enumerate opportunities across the Cyber Market.
- Conduct introductory and on-going briefing(s) with various leadership and management teams through the development and execution of a customer call plan.
- Maintain business relationships with other industry partners to facilitate teaming and knowledge management
- Sell solutions and support services within the Intelligence Community and DoD, with a strong emphasis on a proven understanding of one or more of the service Cyber organizations (Air Force, Marine Corp, Navy, Army, Intelligence) and how these organizations interacts / support USCC and the IC.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline
- Develop and lead specific opportunity capture strategies and execution, working closely with proposal operations, solutions architects, line operations, and business growth colleagues, and other corporate resources and leadership

The projected compensation range for this position is $162,600.00-$291,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
