What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Systems Integrator position at ManTech?
ManTech is seeking a motivated Electronic Systems Integrator with an active Secret clearance to join our team in Silverdale, WA .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Collaborate with a team of technicians and engineers to develop and implement effective repair strategies and system design elements.
Write, edit, and review product integration and testing documentation to streamline production of monitoring systems and their associated data.
Conduct engineering / development tests and detailed experimental testing to collect design data or assist in general research work. Assists in the development of vibration analysis methodology.
Provide design details and recommends modifications to engineering designs as needed.
Provide Engineering oversight in the development of instructional guides for repairing, calibrating, and maintaining equipment and systems.
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Physics or a related field.
Four (4) or more years of experience in guiding and advising teams through project development, management and training.
Ability to travel within the continental United States and occasionally to overseas locations for sea testing and evaluations. (Up to 10%)
Preferred Qualifications :
Demonstrated track record in project management and successful task completion.
Knowledge and experience working with complex systems.
Experience in providing training and technical guidance for junior personnel or teams working on engineering projects and related tasks.
Experience in quality control processes and compliance with Navy standards.
Clearance Requirements :
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an Active Secret clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time, working at a desk or computer terminal.
Occasional movement within the office for communication and accessing resources.
