What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager position at ManTech?
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Talent Operations Manager to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position with 2 to 3 days required onsite.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Offer and Onboarding Management: Oversee the creation, approval, and delivery of all employment offers. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. Manage all candidate paperwork and ensure compliance.
Recruiting Coordinator Management: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiting coordinators. Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient support for the talent acquisition team.
Audit and Compliance: Develop and implement audit processes for requisitions, offers, and other talent acquisition activities. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage background investigations and ensure compliance.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain key metrics and dashboards to track talent acquisition performance. Provide regular reports to Talent Acquisition leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Project Management: Lead or participate in talent acquisition projects, such as system implementations, process changes, or new program rollouts.
Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and resources for the talent acquisition team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, with increasing levels of responsibility, with at least 5 years of experience managing a team
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Five or more years of experience managing background check and compliance processes
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday ATS.
Experience creating audit and compliance processes for TA Operations
