Position Overview
Seeking a Project Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of advanced robotic solutions. This role bridges engineering, pre-sales, and product management, working closely with clients to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions. The Project Engineer is a profit-center role, directly contributing to revenue through billable services and on-site implementation (50% travel required).
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field.
Experience : 3 years in robotics, automation, or industrial engineering.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in robotic programming (Python, C , ROS, PLCs) and system integration.
Project Management : Proven track record of managing technical projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Discovery & Pre-Sales Engage with customers to understand needs, provide technical consultation, and support solution development.
- Solution Design & Integration Engineer and deploy robotic systems, integrating hardware and software for seamless automation.
- Project Execution & Implementation Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful installation, configuration, and testing.
- Product Development & Roadmap Contribution Gather customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and shape product evolution.
- Billable Services & Technical Support Deliver high-quality, billable solutions while managing project scope, budget, and timeline.
