Job Summary
The Care Manager will be responsible for supervising the Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff who evaluate and treat patients of all ages under physician prescription. The ideal candidate will have a current and unencumbered license in Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant, three to five years of clinical experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Administration, Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, and the community
- Maintain a staff of sufficient number to effectively provide quality care for patients of all ages
- Provide opportunity for development and professional growth of staff
- Evaluate professional and non-professional services supplied by the department
