The Director of Rehabilitation Services Manager oversees occupational, speech, and physical therapy services at Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center. This role requires a licensed Physical Therapist with clinical and supervisory experience, particularly in geriatric populations.

FUNCTION: Supervises the Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff who evaluate and treat patients of all ages under physician prescription. The Manager is responsible for overall supervision, coordination, and administration of department activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must possess current and unencumbered license in Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Demonstrates ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to fulfill job requirements.
- Must have three to five years of clinical experience, preferably with Geriatric population, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
