We are seeking a full-time Accountant with HR experience to join our team as their forever home! The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in Human Resource and Payroll processes. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
## Duties
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
- Utilize financial software for data entry and reporting
- Perform Human Resource and Payroll processes
- Handle corporate accounting duties to include Sales Tax and Payroll Tax Returns
- Provide administrative support to Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain compliance-related documentation and records
- Prepare new hire documentation and complete onboarding processes
- Assist payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying hours, and preparing reports
- Assist with payroll-related inquiries from employees
- Draft and proofread HR-related correspondence, including policies and memos
## Experience
- Proven experience with an Accounting Degree and
- Minimum of (3) years of experience in administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks financial software and tools
- Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office programs
- Maintain recruitment records and assist with pre-employment screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary : $40 - $45
