We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to handle international shipments, documentation, and logistics support. This role requires experience with SAP, AES filing, and a strong understanding of international shipping processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Preparing and processing international shipments, including completing all required documentation.
- Weighing shipments accurately to ensure compliance with shipping standards.
- Creating and verifying Bills of Lading.
- Utilizing SAP for shipment tracking and data entry.
- Completing AES filing and issuing Shipper's Letters of Instruction as needed.
- Communicating effectively over the phone with internal teams, customers, and shipping partners.
- Performing metric calculations to confirm shipment weight, dimensions, and other specifications.
