TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - HVAC / Refrigeration
Responsibilities :
- Handle calls on the inbound warranty telephone line and email account to coordinate all service / parts related calls .
- Review service agreements as needed to determine warranty responsibility
- Monitor and track service / warranty issues from customer complaint to completed service work and follow up with customer satisfaction.
- Order parts and services as needed, regarding warranty and billable parts sales
- Daily report tracking to determine warranty / service issues.
- Communicate with Quality and Sales Departments on customer complaints
- Monthly analysis and reporting of parts sales to management
- Creation and distribution of marketing materials to promote parts sales growth
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications :
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent GED, HVAC / R certification a plus. Or 5 to 7 years of customer service / warranty or services administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and / or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
NOTE : THIS POSITION REQUIRES TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE. Call Center, Administrative, Retail, or Collections or Sales experience will not qualify.
