Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fabricate wire harnesses according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform soldering tasks as needed to create and repair electrical connections.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wire harness creation is a must.
- Soldering skills are preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work the 2nd shift.
Shift Details:
- 2nd Shift: 8 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
