Hey there! We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team at our manufacturing site.
If you’re someone who loves talking to people, finding the right fit for jobs, and keeping things organized (but still flexible), this might be your next gig!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hiring like a Pro: From operators to maintenance techs, you’ll be the go-to person for all things hiring at our site.
- Building Relationships: Get to know candidates and hiring managers. You’ll be the matchmaker, ensuring both sides are a great fit.
- Running Interviews: Screening resumes, chatting with candidates, setting up interviews, and sometimes even conducting them yourself.
- Onboarding: Help new hires feel welcomed and ready to hit the ground running when they start their new role.
- HR Support: Assist with employee documentation, keep track of compliance stuff, and help maintain personnel records.
- Employee Engagement: Help keep things positive by supporting team-building initiatives and making sure our people are happy and productive.
- Managing the Process: Keep track of all the details in the recruitment process, so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers to understand the site’s needs and update them on candidate progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you’ve recruited for manufacturing or similar roles, but we’re open to anyone with a passion for recruitment and HR.
- Communication Skills: You’re good at talking to people, making them feel comfortable, and handling things with a friendly but professional touch.
- Organization: You’re a pro at juggling multiple tasks at once without dropping the ball.
- HR Know-How: Familiarity with basic HR functions like employee records, compliance, and general HR admin tasks would be a bonus.
- Self-Starter: You’re independent, proactive, and can take charge when needed.
- Team Player: You’ll work closely with managers and other team members, so being a team player is a must!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
