What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker position at Manufacturing Concepts?
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Assembly: Assemble products according to detailed instructions and company specifications. Ensure accuracy in each assembly step and maintain high-quality standards.
- Packing: Pack assembled products securely in appropriate packaging materials. Ensure all items are properly cushioned and labeled to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect assembled products and packed orders for defects or inconsistencies. Report any issues to the supervisor and make adjustments as necessary.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders based on pick lists or order slips. Ensure that all items are accounted for and packed in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Support: Assist in tracking inventory levels for packaging materials and components. Help with restocking and organizing supplies as needed.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including packing tools and assembly machinery, safely and efficiently. Ensure that all equipment is maintained and used according to safety guidelines.
Work Area Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and reduce hazards.
