Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced warehouse worker to help with order fulfillment within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse processes, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and e-commerce fulfillment. This role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Pull and package order in a timely and accurate manor
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed to facilitate the movement of goods.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic Excel skills are a plus
- Must be able to operate nail guns, saws, drills and be able to read a tape measure.
