Drilling and Tapping Machine Operator
Location : Pomfret, CT
Shift : 4PM-12 : 30AM
Pay Rate : $20 - $25 / hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Drilling and Tapping Machine Operator to join our team. As a Drilling and Tapping Machine Operator , you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality production parts while maintaining safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Operate drilling and tapping machinery to produce parts according to specifications.
- Follow detailed technical instructions, drawings, and manufacturing procedures .
- Utilize machinery and test equipment to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Perform inspections on completed parts to verify accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and share knowledge through training and support.
- Assist the department supervisor in achieving daily and long-term production objectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machinery issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
