Manufacturing Quality Assurance Position

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues.
- Investigate complaints and identify root causes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective actions.
- Identify and separate non-conforming materials.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the return or replacement of non-conforming materials as needed.
- Perform regular inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Utilize a range of inspection tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document inspection results and generate reports for quality assurance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
