We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team in a cleanroom environment, producing high-quality plastics. This role involves working with extrusion and injection molding presses to manufacture precision parts. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred , and candidates with experience using calipers and micrometers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Operate plastics extrusion and injection molding presses to manufacture microplates.
- Work in a cleanroom environment , ensuring compliance with all cleanliness and quality standards.
- Inspect and measure finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools .
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure products meet strict biomedical industry specifications .
- Monitor and adjust machines for proper operation, troubleshooting minor issues as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of production data and quality checks.
- Follow all safety and cleanroom protocols to maintain product integrity.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Uphold high standards of quality control and identify defects in materials or finished products.
