We are seeking Production Operator candidates to join our team at Stafford Springs, CT.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Operate production lines in accordance with written work instructions and process parameters.
- Perform routine area and equipment cleaning, preventative maintenance, and report any malfunctions/problems to supervision.
- Complete tests to ensure proper quality standards are achieved and enter test/run data into the quality database.
- Follow all site and department safety rules and report any safety hazards to supervision.
- Process, inspect, and pack material as it comes off the line.
- Perform changeovers from one product line to another.
- Ensure accuracy while preparing and inspecting paperwork, labels, and batch numbers for material to be run.
- May require handling hazardous waste and other miscellaneous duties assigned by department supervision/leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
- One year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to successfully follow instructions.
- Possess good communication skills.
