We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to support machine operators, replenish stock, inspect products, and ensure smooth production flow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stability, growth, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Assist Machine Operators in production processes, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Replenish stock of raw materials and supplies to maintain continuous operations.
- Inspect finished products for quality control, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, following company packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues.
- Perform routine checks to ensure materials and components meet required standards.
- Document and report any quality or production issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members, machine operators, and supervisors to meet production goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required – training provided!
- Strong attention to detail for product inspection and quality assurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and measurement skills – ability to use calipers/micrometers a plus!
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production support is a plus!
