Production Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to support machine operators, replenish stock, inspect products, and ensure smooth production flow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stability, growth, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Assist Machine Operators in production processes, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Replenish stock of raw materials and supplies to maintain continuous operations.
• Inspect finished products for quality control, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Pack and prepare products for shipment, following company packaging standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues.
• Perform routine checks to ensure materials and components meet required standards.
• Document and report any quality or production issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members, machine operators, and supervisors to meet production goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required – training provided!
• Strong attention to detail for product inspection and quality assurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills – ability to use calipers/micrometers a plus!
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production support is a plus!
