We are looking for a motivated EntryLevel Quality Inspector to joinour team and assist with quality assurance processes. This role isperfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail who areinterested in starting a career in quality control and inspection.
The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet our qualitystandards and support our production team by performing inspectionsrecording data and identifying defects.
Responsibilities include but are notlimited to :
- Perform visual inspections of products andcomponents for quality assurance.
- Use basic measurement tools (such as calipersmicrometers and gauges) to verify productdimensions.
- Record inspection results and anydiscrepancies in quality control logs.
- Identifyand report defects or inconsistencies inproducts.
- Ensure products meet established quality standards before finalapproval.
- Assist in documentation of inspection processesand findings.
- Communicate with the productionteam to address quality issues and recommend correctiveactions.
- Help maintain clean andorganized inspection areas andtools.
- Support continuousimprovement initiatives by providing feedback onproduct quality.
- Participate in training sessions to developinspection skills and improve accuracy.
- Followall safety and quality controlprocedures to ensure a safe workingenvironment.
- High school diploma orequivalent .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy inperforming inspections.
- Ability to follow instructions and work withinestablished guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools (calipersmicrometers etc.) is a plus but notrequired.
- Good communicationskills for reporting issues and collaborating withteam members.
- Basic computerskills for data entry and logging inspectionresults.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamorientedenvironment .
- Willingness tolearn and participate in trainingprograms to enhance inspectionskills.
