Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience
· Strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting
· Experience with various ERP software / Preferably Made2Manage
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting
· CPA / MBA a plus
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 BOE

Reporting to the CEO, the Controller will work closely with all senior management to add measurable value in accounting, finance, and all strategic initiatives.
The Controller will assist in driving the company forward through the areas of operations, accounting, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should be a career – minded individual who possesses strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. This person should also be proficient with computers, and work well alone or in a team environment.
Candidate should be inquisitive and willing to ask “Why?” to better understand processes and lead improvements.
This person should be strong in GAAP accounting, and capable of leading financial close, reporting, planning, analysis, cash flow, and key performance metrics.
Examples of Duties:
· Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements, including reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed asset tracking.
· Analyze financial performance, costs, and variances to provide useful insights to the leadership team.
· Effectively communicate with co-workers and leadership team regarding finances and justification of financial recommendations.
· In-house expert on Made2Manage ERP system.
· Partner with the sales team to ensure sales order pricing is optimized, by providing historical actual costs that are timely and accurate.
· Maintain an order costing system, including labor and overhead rates.
· Sales / Financial Forecasting
· Partner with operations to identify cost saving opportunities.
· Accounts receiving billing, collections, cash app.
· Accounts payable - invoice processing, cash planning, and vendor payments.
· Treasury and cash management.
· Financial Compliance – audit, taxes, debt, etc.
· Stay current on the financial market to understand how to maximize profitability and find new expansion areas.
· Solid understanding of international finance.
· Organized with high attention to detail.
· Responsive to clients and vendors as needed.
· Support other administrative related functions as needed.
