What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Manufacturing Services Inc.?
Electronics Contract Manufacturing company looking for a full-time experienced bookkeeper, primarily handling A/R and A/P as well as payroll processing, general accounting entries - posting customer invoices, vendor/supplier invoices, paying bills, month-end closing reports, bank reconciliations, quarterly L&I report filings and etc. 5 years of general accounting experience with working knowledge of accounting systems required. Experience with People Choice/Peoplesoft accounting systems a plus. Candidate must be detail oriented, possess good communication skills and be able to work without immediate supervision. Strong data entry skills are also a plus in order to keep up with dual matching system entries - ERP system and financial reporting system. Additional responsibilities include H/R onboarding and processing new hire applications.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
