We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Customer Service Representative 2 to support to our sales team.
What you will do:
- Place purchase orders and quotes for goods and services.
- Obtain information from external and internal sources and evaluate orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Handle both inbound and outbound communication with customers and vendors.
- Identify and resolve sales related issues with products and orders in cooperation with the sales representatives or sales management team.
- Take appropriate action to correct errors and implement changes in processes to stop errors from occurring.
- Communicate knowledgeably with customers and outside sales representatives daily by phone or email with specifics on order status, quotes, lead times and ship dates.
- Serve as liaison between customers, sales, and our other departments.
Skills Needed:
- Experience navigating through multiple software systems.
- The ability to work independently and know when to seek clarification and instruction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to send complete and effective email responses within established timelines.
- The determination to overcome obstacles while maintaining a productive and positive attitude.
- The flexibility to shift direction as the work requires.
- Excellent follow through skills.
- The organizational skills needed to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships with both staff and customers.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Starting Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
