What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Engineer position at Manufacuting?
Global manufacturer in Concord, NC is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their growing team! This role is on-site Monday-Friday. It's not a desk job, as we enjoy those that love being involved with the plant floor and of course you'll have your office as well!
- The ideal individual will have a background in working in a manufacturing plant setting
- Ability to efficiently work with switches, controls, motors, wiring, electrical mechanisms
- Diagnose and remedy any electrical trouble quickly to avoid shutdowns
- Maintain automatic machines with PLCs, hydraulics, & pneumatic controls
- Determine necessary repairs, tear down, and reassemble machines
- Maintain equipment drawings and documentation to utilize such references for timely repairs
- Troubleshoot potential problems before machinery incurs additional expense or production downtime
- Assist in the installation of new equipment as necessary
- Ability to use common precision measurement gages and equipment
- Technical knowledge of automated production machine equipment and maintenance required
Base : $100,000-120-000, benefits for you and your family, 401K matc
