The AVP / Managing Director, Head of Operational Risk, Global Retirement, will be responsible for assisting the Chief Risk Officer of Global Wealth and Asset Management in providing leadership and direction to develop, implement and maintain effective risk governance and management practices, and for overseeing operational risk mitigation activities within Global Retirement which operates in the US, Canada and select Asia Markets.
Among other duties, the successful candidate will assist the Chief Risk Officer of Global Wealth and Asset Management with the following key responsibilities :
- Communicate the value proposition for a disciplined approach to Operational Risk management within Global Retirement
- Facilitate risk aggregation and reporting within Global Retirement
- Evaluate new products, business initiatives and strategies for their impact on the segment's risk profile.
- Promote a strong risk culture and reinforce accountability and transparency across Global Retirement to enable the proactive management of risks and the alignment of business strategies and control activities with the Company's risk appetite
Through close partnership, expertise and influence, provide value-added collaboration with business and functional leaders within Global Retirement to ensure that key risks are properly identified, managed and mitigated

Salary range is expected to be between
152,900.00 USD - $283,800.00 USD
