Program Overview Two-year rotational program with 4 six-month rotations Opportunity to gain valuable diverse experience with multiple asset classes and back, middle, and front office exposure Opportunity for an international rotation as we host this position in three locations: Canada, US, and Hong Kong Financial assistance is provided to cover some of the costs associated with completing the CFA designation. How you will make an impact This rotational program is great for people who want to work in investments but aren’t sure what they want to do and are willing to take the initiative to seize learning opportunities It's a rotational program where you can drive your own destiny. We also have access to some unique asset classes like agriculture and forestry What you’ll bring to the team Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or Business Administration Working knowledge of investment/financial markets Familiarity with a variety of financial products and services Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, financial or investment analysis techniques Ability to be flexible, creative and show initiative while working in a challenging and fast paced environment Strong written & oral communication skills Solid computer experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with a strong aptitude for learning new software packages Familiarity with statistical analysis (quantitative & qualitative) Helpful: enrollment in CFA Application Instructions: Please submit a resume, cover letter and most recent transcript (unofficial transcripts are accepted) Note: This position is subject to the Securities and Exchange Commission's Pay-to-Play Rule 206(4)-5 regarding political contributions by investment advisers and their covered associates. Salary & Benefits Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
