Value Stream Manager
POSITION DUTIES
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve Value Stream metrics and provide a clear sense of direction for assigned areas of responsibility. Emphasis will be on Safety Quality Delivery Cost and Teamwork metrics.
- Planning directing and coordinating the manufacturing of products.
- Communicates significant issues or developments identified during daily activities provides recommended correction plan to leadership and implements solution / s in a selfsufficient manner.
- Establishing and controlling conditions of production to satisfy external and internal customer requirements.
- Participating and actively leading standardization efforts.
- Directing and developing staff in the execution of strategies and plans
- Evaluate staffing levels to meet production needs including capacity to demand evaluations.
- Professional development of the team working under your supervision.
- Organize and direct workflow for satisfying productions requirements in a costefficient manner.
- Drive compliance with all HSE policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee safety and morale by creating a safe clean and efficient work environment.
- Understanding and compliance with a QMS in accordance to ISO 9001 standard.
- Aim to ensure that the product or service the organization provides is fit for purpose is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.
- Other duties may be assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs. Ability to stand walk or sit to extended periods of time.
