WHO WE ARE 🌍
Manychat is the world’s leading social automation platform. We help creators and businesses automate conversations on Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and TikTok. The result? Better engagement, more sales, and real, sustainable growth.
We’re proud to be an official Meta Business Partner and backed by world-class investors like Bessemer Venture Partners.Â

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
Us: Provide features.
You: Turn them into feelings.
At Manychat, we believe that effective communication isn’t just nice – it’s everything. We help our customers reach their audience in a way that feels meaningful, valued, and engaging from the first click to the last.
We’re looking for a Creative Copywriter who knows how to bring a story to life. Someone who can take a technical product and give it a voice that speaks directly to creators.
You’ll write landing pages, emails, ads, and the occasional long-form piece like blogs. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the voice of our biggest event of the year: a summit that brings thousands of creators together. Big audience, big impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
- Create performance-centric content that converts and engages audiences all over the world.
- Guide users with top- and middle-of-the-funnel content (particularly for ads and events), producing materials that teach our audience, highlight our tool’s value, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with the Growth Team to ensure alignment on messaging and content strategy.
- Prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on high-quality content that resonates with our audience rather than churning out large volumes.
- Partner with the Video Production Team to develop scripts and content for events, ads, and other videos, ensuring consistent messaging across different formats.
- Write marketing content, crafting clear, concise, and persuasive messages that drive B2B audiences to take action.
- Innovate content development by exploring fun and interesting ways to integrate our products into short-form video.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE đź’Ą
You’ll need:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing writing, ideally within high-growth B2B tech companies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- Ability and confidence to translate technical details into clear, engaging, and motivating content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for working cross-functionally and building relationships.
- Ability to use data and analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
It would be great if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
WHY YOU’LL LIKE IT HERE 🤩
- From Day One, you’ll feel part of a team who values openness and collaboration — and genuinely cares.Â
- Your actions shape what’s next, building the future of conversational marketing on a global scale.Â
- From continuous learning to exciting new projects, we make sure you have what you need to succeed.
- You’ll have the freedom to create, experiment, and bring your ideas to life, because we know you’ve got this.Â
WHAT WE OFFER 🤗
Here’s how we care about your growth, well-being, and comfort:
- 📚 Annual professional development reimbursement.
- đź’™ Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
- 🪴 Hybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work-life balance.
- 🤝 Company-funded sport activities, annual offsites and team-building events.Â
