A well-organized HR process can make a real difference in people's lives at work.
As our Human Resources Administrator, with a focus on HR documentation, you'll ensure that each employee has a seamless experience with everything from onboarding to payroll, making them feel supported every step of the way.
You'll be at the heart of our HR operations, overseeing documentation for hiring, transfers, and terminations, managing data that supports HR processes, and ensuring compliance with US labor laws and the company's internal standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor all HR documentation , including employment contracts, onboarding orders, transfers, relocations, and terminations.
Keep employee personal files up to date.
Adapt company processes in line with changes in legislation.
Support interactions with labor inspection and other regulatory bodies when necessary.
Ensure accurate and timely transition of payroll data.
Explain internal policies and procedures related to employment issues.
