Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure our business is well-coordinated and productive. This position will oversee all three field departments along with the office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Supervise various projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor profit loss statements and develop strategies to improve financial performance
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market share
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Oversee sales activities and set targets for the sales team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, including project management, strategic planning, and supervising teams
