As the Brand Engagement & Social Media Spokesperson, we are looking for someone to join our team to bring our brand to life through dynamic storytelling, customer engagement, and strategic digital communication. This position will help support our Lexus, Toyota & CDJR stores here in Lexington & Nicholasville KY, supporting each location achieve growth with our brand and boost our social media presence.
From crafting compelling social media campaigns to responding to customer feedback with authenticity, this role is designed is to enhance brand loyalty, drive engagement, and make every interaction feel personal. Whether it’s highlighting exclusive offers, sharing customer success stories, or keeping our audience informed about the latest CDJR, Lexus and Toyota innovations, we need to ensure our brand voice is consistent, engaging, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
✔ Create engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, to showcase our dealership’s vehicles, promotions, and brand culture.
✔ Act as the online voice of the dealership, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
✔ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals and campaigns.
✔ Monitor social media trends, analytics, and engagement metrics to optimize content performance.
✔ Represent the dealership in digital and video content, enhancing customer connection through a personal and engaging presence.
✔ Manage online reputation by handling customer feedback and highlighting positive experiences.
✔ Stay up to date on automotive industry trends, brand updates, and competitor strategies to refine content and engagement approaches.
Key Requirements:
✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a personable and engaging tone.
✔ Experience in content creation (graphic design, video editing, copywriting).
✔ Ability to analyze engagement data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
✔ Passion for the automotive industry and customer engagement.
✔ Be present in each of our stores throughout the week to create content
✔ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
