Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Brand Engagement & Social Media Spokesperson located in Lexington, KY, with some work from home flexibility. The role involves managing brand engagement initiatives, serving as the social media spokesperson for the company, and creating compelling content to enhance MAP Automotive's online presence and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
✔ Create engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, to showcase our dealership’s vehicles, promotions, and brand culture.
✔ Act as the online voice of the dealership, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
✔ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals and campaigns.
✔ Monitor social media trends, analytics, and engagement metrics to optimize content performance.
✔ Represent the dealership in digital and video content, enhancing customer connection through a personal and engaging presence.
✔ Manage online reputation by handling customer feedback and highlighting positive experiences.
✔ Stay up to date on automotive industry trends, brand updates, and competitor strategies to refine content and engagement approaches.
