Responsibilities
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
- Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Controls service traffic flow and parking.
- Assists service advisors when needed
- Clean and wash customer cars and loaner fleet
- Adhere to all customer service processes
- Gas vehicles as needed
- Maintain & clean the car wash bay and service shop

- Fast mover & Multi-tasker
- Punctual
- Professional conduct and appearance
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
