Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Valet Supervisor to join our team. The Valet Supervisor will oversee all valet operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional services for our guests. This role will involve supervising a team of valet attendants, managing the flow of vehicles, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing excellent customer service to create a positive first impression for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and oversee a team of valet attendants, ensuring they deliver high-quality service while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
- Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
- Manage the flow of vehicles in the dealership's lot, ensuring vehicles are parked in designated areas and retrieved quickly for service appointments or customer pick-up.
- Enforce all safety protocols related to vehicle handling, parking, and lot security to ensure the safety of customers’ vehicles and the valet staff.
- Ensure the service drive area is clean and safe, free of debris, snow, or water.
- Assist service advisors as needed.
- Clean, wash, and fuel customer vehicles and loaner fleet.
- Maintain and clean the car wash bay and service shop.
