- Assist the Marketing Resource Manager with payables and receivers in Accounting and Purchasing.
- Plan and coordinate project status meetings to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage internal and external resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary contact for third-party fulfillment warehouses, overseeing site performance and inventory.
- Assist with estimates, pricing, and production timelines for signage, hardware, and print vendors.
- Coordinate communications on deadlines, deliveries, and marketing materials.
- Support monthly and quarterly budget, spending, and reporting efforts.
- Support special projects across marketing programs.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
- Perform other duties as required.

- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor Degree preferred.
- A minimium of two years of work experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment. Use Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access as well as using the Internet, if required familiarity with electronic proofing.
