Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are seeking a Warehouse Planner to play a vital role in coordinating and optimizing warehouse activities to ensure efficient material availability and inventory accuracy. This role is critical in planning and scheduling activities related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, compile, and maintain inventory, purchasing, and shipping transactions by entering data from contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports into the system.
- Maintain the established sequence for backorder files and release backorders for issue or shipment as stock becomes available.
- Monitor stock control records, including consumption rate, item characteristics, and market conditions, to determine stock supply and replenishment needs.
- Schedule, prepare, and place requisitions, orders, and other purchasing and receiving documents for new or additional stock items.
- Verify requisitions and shipping orders for accuracy by comparing nomenclature, stock numbers, authorized substitutes, and other information against catalogs, manuals, and parts lists.
- Review files to identify, determine, and recommend the disposition of excess stock and slow-moving items.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, and instructions.
- Perform other duties as required.
Position Specific Details
- Base hourly pay rate up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and $2.00 per hour for 3rd shift, if applicable.

Qualifications
- Require a high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of two years related experience or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility for overtime and shift hours as required.
