Job Summary
Hybrid Schedule in Webster, MA (3 days in office - 2 remote)
Assist with annual budgeting, financial forecasting and monthly variance analysis for specified expense accounts. Through in depth analysis, this role will identify key spending trends and translate data into actionable insights. Perform various accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and special projects as directed. Continually analyze procedural methodologies to initiate efficiencies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience.
Experience: 2 - 4 years - or Associates Degree equivalent plus 4 - 6 years.
Knowledge: General knowledge of industry practices, standards, and concepts within field of work. Applies them to perform work requiring analytical business skills.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years analytical experience and a solid understanding of basic accounting terms
- Excel and MS Word skills (Mid to Advanced level)
- SAP experience, a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a group
- Ability to present financials to management/leadership
