What You’ll Do:
- Deliver award-winning customer service with a focus on excellence
- Build strong relationships with residents, guests, and teams across the community
- Inspire, develop, and mentor a high-performing dining services team
- Oversee menu planning to ensure delicious, nutritious meals for residents
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and top-quality dining environment

Manage food purchasing, inventory, budgets, and vendor relations
? Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
What You Bring to the Table:
- Associate’s degree in food service or hospitality management (preferred)
- 3 years of food service industry & supervisory experience
- ServSafe certification & required food handling licenses
- Strong leadership & communication skills to engage residents, families & staff
- A flexible schedule, with availability for evenings, weekends & holidays
