What You’ll Do:

• Deliver award-winning customer service with a focus on excellence
• Build strong relationships with residents, guests, and teams across the community
• Inspire, develop, and mentor a high-performing dining services team
• Oversee menu planning to ensure delicious, nutritious meals for residents
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and top-quality dining environment
• Manage food purchasing, inventory, budgets, and vendor relations
  ? Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations

What You Bring to the Table:

• Associate’s degree in food service or hospitality management (preferred)
• 3 years of food service industry & supervisory experience
• ServSafe certification & required food handling licenses
• Strong leadership & communication skills to engage residents, families & staff
• A flexible schedule, with availability for evenings, weekends & holidays
