Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Lake City, PA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting equipment maintenance, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out maintenance & repair tasks. The technician will also be involved in industrial maintenance to ensure the reliable operation of bakery production equipment. This role is integral to maintaining production efficiency and upholding the quality of our products.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Skilled in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further technical education is advantageous
