Studio Manager and Transformation Coach

We have a loyal base of members and a long history of supporting women as they become the best versions of themselves. We are looking to add a part-time personal trainer to our team. Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of sports and activities, including cheerleading, basketball, and physical education.

Duties:
- Develop and implement training programs for athletes in various sports
- Provide guidance and support to athletes to help them improve their skills
- Organize and lead practice sessions
- Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Monitor and assess athlete performance
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or related field
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Certification in lifeguarding or CPR is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in different settings such as health clubs, gyms, or childcare facilities

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
