Job Functions and Requirements:
- Ability to understand the policies and procedures of the department
- Must be very handy and able to do repairs
- Conduct interviews and hire for the department
- Assist with regulations and upkeep of the state regulations
- Knowledge on how to do all repairs in the building
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Maintain care and use of the supplies and equipment
- May be required to lift, push, pull, and move equipment
- Attend staff meeting as directed
Qualifications of Maintenance Director:
- High school graduate or GED
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- 3 years of maintenance experience is required
