- Assist patients and families with billing inquiries and explain financial policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in medical billing and coding preferred.
- Proven experience in medical billing or related financial role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding systems, and billing processes.
- Proficient in billing software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
