Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily clinical operations of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Lead, train, and develop nursing staff to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance resident satisfaction and optimize facility performance.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alaska or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with various departments.

- Day, night, and weekend availability

Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
