What You'll Do
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, improving system efficiency, and ensuring our engineering teams have the tools and support they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include :
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide remote technical support to engineering teams, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.), ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle system updates, configurations, and installations for internal and client-based platforms.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices to build an internal knowledge base.

What Were Looking For
Were searching for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys finding solutions and making systems run smoothly. You'll need to be patient, resourceful, and great at explaining technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical users.
Required Qualifications & Experience
3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or engineering software support.
Strong knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, or similar).
Experience troubleshooting Windows & Mac operating systems, networks, and cloud-based platforms.
Familiarity with remote desktop support tools, VPNs, and IT security best practices.
Ability to analyze system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Experience with cloud storage systems, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Certifications in IT support, networking, or cloud systems (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
