Maplecrest Ford in Mendham, NJ is looking for a full-time Automotive BDC Representative to join our dealership team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As our Automotive BDC Representative, you'll:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage internet leads and scheduling appointments
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Stay updated on current vehicle inventory, promotions, and incentives
- Provide accurate, friendly customer service
- Proactively follow up on leads, lease renewals, and equity mining opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer visits
- Contribute to increasing showroom traffic and drive sales
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Being comfortable working with computers and CRM software is preferred. Automotive experience is a plus but not required-we're willing to train the right candidate.
